Join us March 8th, 2pm in the Salt Cave! In this class, we explore how seasonal plant growth mirrors the body’s changing needs, and how learning seasonal food and herbal flows can help us nourish ourselves more intuitively.

Participants will learn:
•About vegetables and herbs that naturally grow in specific seasons
•How the body systems shift and a questionnaire activity for better understanding
•Certain teas and food pairings that can support the body during each season

Through guided discussion, thought provoking activity, and tea tasting, participants will gain understanding for how to align everyday nourishment with the natural seasonal cycle.

This class is beginner-friendly, interactive, and designed to help participants leave with one or two simple seasonal shifts they can realistically apply at home.

You will have tea to sip on during the event along with Seasonal Bites samples. Additionally, you will get to take home tea sachets from the event.
