Celebrating 5 years with Kristen! 🎉

Kristen has been such an important part of our team over the past five years, and the support she provides behind the scenes does not go unnoticed. She brings an incredible amount of clinical knowledge, thoughtfulness, and consistency to everything she does, and so many of our clinicians know they can count on her for guidance, collaboration, and encouragement whenever they need it. No matter the challenge, Kristen is always willing to jump in, help problem solve, and support the team however she can.
She has played such a huge role in strengthening our processes and helping our clinicians feel supported and successful, all while bringing so much care and intention into her work. Even from afar, Kristen continues to make a lasting impact on our team and culture every single day. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication over the last five years, Kristen.
