Over the past three years, Monica has been a steady force behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly with clear communication, incredible follow-through, and so much care. From managing intakes and evaluations to tracking down paperwork, supporting families, and helping processes run more smoothly, she makes a huge difference every single day.
Monica is someone the entire team trusts: calm under pressure, always willing to jump in, and consistently dependable when things get busy. She brings thoughtfulness, positivity, and a great sense of humor to everything she does, and it makes working together that much better.
