Today was my last Children's Mindfulness Class at Hillside Community Center for the summer. It was a bitter sweet day filled with hugs and laughter and the kids creating empowering self-portraits. I love having the opportunity to empower kids to love who they are and to equip them with tools to live happy healthy lives 🫶 So grateful for my time at Hillside ❤️

I'm so incredibly excited to partner with Deerfield Community Center! First class was a blast and the kids loved making their "breathing sticks" 🧘🏼‍♀️

It's really amazing when you give kids a safe space to learn social emotional skills just how much they thrive 💪

Each child has the tool belt, I'm just giving them the tools 🛠️🥰

This is the 2nd summer I've had the privilege to be a Summer Camp guest speaker at Hillside Community Center. Seeing these kids grow and seeing them learn is so inspiring. We talk about mindfulness, emotions, how to handle stress, and we practice self-affirmations, meditation, and all things mindfulness. This is truly my happy place 💖

I've decided to finally make a page for my Mighty Mindful Kids business. This practice is a branch from my main business Mighty Mindful Beings. I'm so blessed to see this grow and to have more and more kiddos taking part in my classes and workshops all throughout Colorado Springs. So very excited to bring MINDFULNESS education to as many kiddos as I can 🥰
