Each New Moon, we gather in sacred circle to return to the simple medicine of nourishment for body, heart, and soul.

New Moon Nourish is our devotional Soup & Song Circle, where social nutrition and soul nutrition weave together. Through Bhakti Yoga, devotional exaltation expressed through voice, presence, and intention, we open space for reflection, connection, and manifestation.

As the moon begins her next cycle, so do we.

Drishti Yoga: A Recovery-Focused Flow

We are honored to introduce a new offering for our community!

Drishti Yoga, a recovery-focused yoga flow held every Thursday at 6:00 PM with Cam.

In yoga, Drishti means your sacred point of focus, where your gaze settles, your mind quiets, and your spirit returns home. This class is an intentional space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your inner foundation of presence and choice.

This offering is open to anyone walking the path of recovery, whether from substances, codependent relationships, compulsive patterns, or for those who are simply sober curious and seeking clarity, grounding, and community.

You do not need to be experienced in yoga. You only need the willingness to arrive exactly as you are.
