✨ Feature Presentation This Week at BNI ✨

This week I have the honor of delivering the Feature Presentation for my BNI chapter, where I’ll be speaking on:

🧬 Applied Longevity Science & Human Performance Optimization

What does that mean?

It means we’re moving beyond “just getting older” and into understanding how to:

✔ Move better
✔ Recover faster
✔ Build resilience
✔ Improve energy
✔ Increase long-term vitality and resilience
✔ Extend not just lifespan — but healthspan

Just because stiffness, fatigue, and aches are common… doesn’t mean they’re normal.

I’ll also be guiding our chapter through a quick Mini Fit Test to assess balance and mobility — because awareness is the first step toward optimization.
