Oro is now open at the historic Mining Exchange Hotel. The menu, developed by James Beard Award nominee, Chef Aaron Barnett, features bold flavors inspired by the Tuscan countryside and seasonal ingredients from the Pikes Peak region. Signature dishes include creamy burrata with roasted Pueblo peppers, Bolognese made with locally sourced bison, and what has become an early fan favorite — truffle risotto. Along with the meal, guests can enjoy craft cocktails and an impressive wine list curated by nationally recognized beverage expert Joel Gunderson.

Wendy's was considering "Surge Pricing" for a hot second 😂 but they received so much backlash they've changed their minds.

Would you boycott a restaurant chain that did surge pricing (charging more during busy hours, when "real time demand" increases, etc)?
