Posting to inform local pet owners.
My dog Huckleberry has now been injured twice at Snazzy Snout grooming services off of Interquest/Creek Bed due to under-tail shaving that caused pain, swelling, and scabbing to the degree that he wasn't able to eat, stand or defecate for 3 days. Due to the severity, veterinary treatment was needed. Huckleberry was prescribed carprofen for pain and Animax (steroid ointment).
(Pics are 2 days AFTER the carprofen and animax were prescribed).
After the first incident, I asked them to note his sensitivity to prevent it from happening again. They did not, and the same injury happened
again. No apology or follow-up concern was given and I was told to find another groomer. To add to this issue, Snazzy Snout illegally went behind my back without authorization and emailed my vet practice and somehow manipulated medical records that are now in Snazzy Snouts possession. This is highly illegal and deceitful. A PACFA complaint has been filed and a formal review of Snazzy Snout will be conducted by PACFA.
UPDATE: Huckleberry is 100% back to normal and chasing balls and eating without assistance!!! So Grateful to have my soulpup back!!! 💞💘
