Now hiring: Behavior technician/ RBT
SLC uses trauma informed and natural environment practices in our center-based program. All therapies are provided in a fun and collaborative environment. RBTs use ABA interventions to decrease ineffective behaviors and increase communication. RBT will work directly with our clients to provide ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. RBT will be working with clients with disabilities from ages 3-21.
Job Type: Full-time 8:30-4 Mon-Friday and part-time positions available.
We are hiring for our play-based ABA program.
No experience necessary! Training provided to become an RBT!
Requirements:
• Highschool diploma
• CPR Certification
• Pass background check
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Lift 30 pounds
• Energetic and patient
• Adhere to the standards of ethical and professional practice according to the BACB code of ethics.
Salary: $16.00 training, RBT $22 to $28.00 /hour with additional pay differential for BA, MA, and ASL/Spanish
