What is a heart wall? A heart wall is an energetic block/wall created by the heart to keep itself safe. When we experience heart break, whether from a failed relationship, a loss from death, any type of trauma really; endured during the giving or receiving of love, we may develop a heart wall. This can affect energy levels, auto immune response, inflammation…this list is endless. More importantly, it can hinder the giving and receiving of love.
