Space to breathe, relax, reflect, and refresh is paramount to success. Allow yourself ample time and space to fully rest. Slow down and enjoy this time with no pressure, you deserve it and your body and mind need it.

Letting go creates space for new experiences, relationships, and growth by shedding what no longer serves you, much like trees lose their leaves to make way for new beginnings.

Take the time to reflect on the steps that brought you to this moment. Where are you now? Where do you want to be today? Tomorrow? What is the next step you need to take for positive growth?

Remind yourself that you can rest, restart, and take time to breathe. Take stock of the situation and then move forward slowly with purpose. If your body is telling you differently, let that moment pass and reclaim your thoughts.

Kimbrlei McCain identified a need for supplies, food, and a little bit of kindness this fall in Colorado Springs & Aurora. The government shutdown has impacted many local families, causing uncertainty in a season usually fueled by fall festivals and fun.

In response, Kimbrlei has been working diligently with local community representatives to pinpoint areas that would most benefit from donations. She has successfully raised funds from within our company, as well as from family and friends, to give back to the community during this challenging time. Her dedication and kindness are truly inspiring to us all.

A big thank you to Kimbrlei, our team, friends & family for shining bright and helping others.

Ask how you can help by emailing kimbrlei@peakpsychservices.com.

Taking a moment to remember you have time, taking a breath, and then beginning again can be incredibly beneficial. This approach allows you to:

*Reduce stress: When feeling overwhelmed, pausing and breathing helps calm your nervous system

*Regain perspective: Stepping back, even for a moment, allows you to see the situation more clearly and avoid impulsive reactions

*Re-center and focus: A quick break can clear your mind, helping you approach the task with renewed concentration

*Improve performance: Starting fresh after a brief pause can lead to more effective problem-solving and better outcomes

*Cultivate resilience: Recognizing that it's okay to reset and try again builds a healthier response to challenges
