Big win for our awesome kiddo and his OT Maranda!

With a little help from a slide board and a lot of determination, Jude is now making more independent transfers from wheelchair to chair and wheelchair and beyond! Practicing smart strategies like hand placement, environmental set up, and weight shifting has made a huge difference , offering Jude more independence to move and transfer on his own using his "surfboard". This skill took a lot of time, trust, and confidence... not to mention it was also FUN!

We’re so proud of his progress, growing confidence, and determination!
