🧠 We live in a world that constantly stimulates the mind but rarely settles the body.

🎶 Sound as Medicine is an intimate sound bath training with Singing Bowls of the Rockies for those who want to learn how to use sound as part of a daily wellness practice.

🔔 During the training, you’ll work directly with singing bowls and learn how sound baths support nervous system regulation through vibration, tone, and intentional listening. The focus is on doing and experiencing — not performance, theory-heavy lectures, or certification.

🌊 You’ll practice how to create simple sound bath sequences, how to listen to the body’s response, and how to use sound in a grounded, practical way — for yourself, your family, or small groups.

🌀 No musical background or prior sound healing experience is needed. This training is designed for beginners, wellness practitioners, and anyone curious about incorporating sound baths into their personal or professional practice.

The holidays can be a lot — full hearts, full schedules, and sometimes a little heaviness we don’t always talk about. So we wanted to host a free community potluck and sound bath, just as a way to say thank you and to give everyone a warm place to land for an evening. Bring whatever dish you feel like bringing — homemade, store-bought, fancy, or not at all fancy. It’s really about the people, not the plates.

We’ll share food, chat, laugh, breathe… and then wind down together with a gentle sound bath to end the night. It’s our little gift back to the community that holds us all year long. ✨
