We had a tough decision to make...
But we're officially adding more Yoga Classes to our schedule this May, creating more space for you to slow down, stretch, and reconnect.

If you or someone you love has been searching for a BIPOC woman-owned, beginner-friendly yoga studio to call home… this is your sign. Ochre Massage + Yoga Haus is ready to welcome you with open arms.

Located in Westside Colorado Springs, CO. We can't wait to see you on the mat!

Stretch work, massage on the mat, Thai massage, whatever it's called; still falls under what massage truly is.
The difference is that we've been sold that table-based massage is a luxury, so that's what we mainly see in media. But let me be the one to show you there are so many other options to recieve therapuetic touch.

Looking for someone to help improve your mobility and regulate your nervous system? We got you.

Sometimes the relief wears off not because the massage didn’t help, but because your body is still used to old patterns.

One massage can absolutely help. But if your body has been holding onto tension, stress, or compensation patterns for a while, it may need more than one session to respond differently.

That’s a big part of why consistency can make all the difference. Regular massage therapy can be a powerful part of your wellness routine when you choose consistency over crisis care.

Or even how to pronounce Ochre? Its (Oh-kur) by the way.
When I named Ochre Massage + Yoga Haus in Colorado Springs, I wanted the space to reflect something earthy, grounded, and deeply human.

Not another cookie cutter massage spa. But something completely unique. A place where people can slow down and access multiple healing modalities.

So if you’ve ever wondered where the name came from or how to say it lol, now you know.

I'm going to hold your hands when I say this:
If you came monthly, your body would feel so much different. One massage isn’t enough sis.

When you come consistently, things begin to shift. Your posture improves, you're more flexible, and you're managing your stress better cause you know you have a massage coming up. 😉
But forreal, you wouldn't brush your teeth every three months and expect them to be fine. Why treat your body that way?

Monthly massage memberships isn’t about indulgence, its about maintenance and supporting your body in the best way possible.
That's why here at Ochre, we offer the simplest method to get your Colorado Springs massage every single month, without overthinking it.

You don't need to be good at yoga to belong in a yoga class.
If you’ve been looking for a beginner-friendly yoga class here in Colorado Springs, but keep hesitating… this is for you.

Starting anything new can feel vulnerable. Walking into a new yoga studio for the first time? Even more so.

So if you're preparing for your 1st Ochre yoga class, here's what actually matters:

1. Wear something you can breathe in.
Not perform in. Not impress in. Just move and exist comfortably.

2. Gently support your body by hydrating throughout the day. Yoga asks us to slow down, stretch, bend, and flow.

3. Come as you are and arrive early. This gives you time to settle in and release the pressure to “be good.”

Beginner Yoga classes should feel welcoming not competitive. At Ochre, we focus on sustainable and intentional movement, especially for those learning to regulate their nervous systems. So if you needed a sign to just start, this is it.
Save this for later 🧘🏾‍♀️
Or share it with someone who’s been wanting to try Yoga and we'll see you on the mat.

There's so much noise as to what wellness is and what it "should" look like.
Crisp lines, bright lighting, fake plants, nature sounds.
And while that may work for some…
that’s just not why I do this work.

I don't do the fluffy surface stuff.
I'm not for everyone, trust me, I know it.
And that's okay, because I keep meeting the people who wear millions of different hats; caring for families, careers, expectations, caring for everything except for themselves.

When you practice real self-care, your nervous system feels safe
You think clearer. You respond instead of react.
You live differently.

Massage therapy isn't a luxury.
It's nervous system regulation. Its rest. Its finally setting the weight down.

If this sounds like something you're ready for, then lets be friends and I'll see you on the table 🧡

I really be thinking I move like this all day 😅
But the truth is you can't rush your healing.
Main-stream Society teaches us that constant productivity is the key to success. We've been conditioned to move fast; running through the rat race.

But your nervous system can't regulate at 20x speed. Slowing down with a massage is where healing can begin.
Drop a 🫶🏾 if you’re practicing moving slower lately.

If you’re rebuilding a sense of safety, you’re in the right place.
An overstimulated nervous-system feels like constantly looking over your shoulder, or waiting for the other shoe to drop. But, I promise you there's a way out of that.
Regulation doesn't have to be done alone. We can co-regulate together in community.
So what's really stopping you from feeling more grounded and safe in your body?

If this sounds like you, like, then share with someone who needs a softer space too.
