Monday- free Yoga via Zoom -12-1 pm
Tuesday - TRX flexibilty - 7:30-8:30 am MRRC
Wednesday - Flow to Yin 6:30-7:30 pm HS Yoga Foundations 5:30 pm is being subbed. Rec center classes are cancelled due to new job orientation
Thursday- 7:30 am TRX flexibility and Yoga Flow 11 am MRRC and 5:30 pm Yin yoga at HS

I have been wanting to try Ceremonial Cacao with strawberry tea for some time and oh my… It didn’t disappoint. I’m completely in love with only mixing my cacao with tea now, it was still super smooth.
250 ml tea (about a cup)
40 gram ceremonial grade cacao
Vanilla and cinnamon (your choice of spices)
Agave syrup (very little or none was actually needed for this recipe)
Make the tea first, and then melt the cacao in the tea. Blend the spices and agave into your magical elixir 😍
Strawberries 🍓 and chocolate 🍫
Best combo 🥰
