StableStrides partners with NAMI https://www.nami.org/ to provide free wellness groups with our therapy horses. This is a safe space for those living with mental health conditions to connect with the horses, and others, in a fun new way! There is no horseback riding involved, though you will spend the entire 90 minutes with the horses. Come join us at our Norris Penrose Event Center location- Wed, Sept 14 at 4:30pm.

This week's Conscious Commitment is from Certified Instructor Tracy Skirpa and is dedicated to those with have or work with middle school-age children, but it could also apply to children of all ages.
