Being a part of the world today it is often hard not to find yourself in confrontation. There's so many forms of change taking place in our world right now and even more opinions about it. Amongst all the chaos and dysfunction it is important to remember that all of us are here to grow. If you find yourself passing judgment on someone outside of yourself despite how wrong they are, you have misplaced your energy. Even as a psychic, I remind myself that I cannot truly see everyone nor do they actually see me. Walking with judgment in your heart automatically creates a separateness from yourself and others. It is so important to instead look at ourselves and be responsible for our reactions and how we treat each other. It is times like this when humanity seems so split that we must truly see our sameness. Protection of your peace always comes with a choice on where you want to put your energy. Stay strong all sand castles eventually wash away. Don't let the darkness get you down, awareness is heavy when we hold it instead observe and let it flow. So much love to all of you! Blessed be!

Good afternoon everybody! I have been very busy doing readings, house clearings, and a few events here and there. I wanted to drop in and share something the universe has been reminding me of a lot lately. I'm sure you have all heard me repeatedly speak about the importance of cycles. Everything has its time and realistically the only thing that will continue going is time. Whether perceived as forward back is irrelevant. The point is it's continuous and perpetually moving. In this I see a great hope a reminder that all things happen when they are meant to. When I was young I had a lot more motivation to make things happen to will them or in certain situations force them. Something I have learned with age is to step back and allow cycles and timing to invite what is needed on my current path. Finding a balance between what I think I need and what the universe is giving me. Don't let the world fool you or your own mind. It is indeed true that all things happen when they are supposed to what matters is how we react and receive what's happening. Many blessings to all of you and yours! I found this ladybug in my daughter's room this evening. December is a very special time to be gifted with such a blessing. Ladybugs represent being watched over as well as wishes granted. What profound
beautiful synchronicities it shares with this time of year. They are also associated with the Virgin Mary, hope, and renewal. Remember their is always light in the darkness. House cleansing have more than one purpose. It's a no-brainer if we are bothered by an energy or presence in our house and want it to be removed. But all too often we forget about the buildup of spiritual and emotional energy throughout a period of time that often just sticks to our environment and needs a fairly regularly released or cleared. As we are slowly creeping toward fall it is important to remove unnecessary energies from the place you lay your head. There are many ways to cleanse a home and sometimes I like to do as many as I can in my own space. For example we are all familiar with sage, but one can also use sound and vibration to clear a space. There are specific herbs and oils that both banish and invite what we want in our homes aswell. I always tell people if you even feel slightly uneasy or the thought crosses your brain to cleanse your house it is time to do so. Have a magical day Blessed Be everyone! 🕯🖤🤍

You are not broken you are open. Things might feel raw and unfair right now but all that aids and our pain leads us to our truth. Society teaches us to almost constantly give in to sense gratification leading us to an emptiness and unhappiness. Putting us in the position of forgetting who we are. But the wounds and the heaviness are present in our bodies to make us aware of what we need to change. We forget that we are a part of Nature and we have our seasons too. All things are temporary especially suffering and bliss. Have a magical day everyone!

I've been getting a lot of questions lately about meditation. It is so important create the time and space to quiet ourselves to calm our bodies and minds in order to balance our spirit. We live in a world that is constantly bombarding us with information, sensations and stimulation. It is no wonder so many of us are overstimulated just by going outside. I personally struggle with meditation. As someone who has a lot of anxiety, I find it is hard to convince my body that it is okay to relax. Even more the reason to practice meditation. There are many ways one can meditate. I am a big fan of active meditation. Gardening or doing art even hiking, and focusing only on the task you are doing while doing your best to shut out outside distractions. Meditating and breathing and being with yourself will naturally invite the solutions and answers that you are looking for. Find the time for self care it is always worth it.

One of the biggest gift the universe will give you quite often is the ability to invoke transformation. Throughout our lives we learn so much when we are walking through the thresholds of change. These processes are often cyclical in there nature and evolve usually using darkness to transform into light. Isolation or stepping into the hermit mindset is often necessary for growth and maturity. I'm sure many of you have been embarking on the end of a long journey and starting a brand new path at this point in your life. Experiencing and seeing things you never thought you would. Finding yourself amongst circumstances you never asked for. But maybe you did and this is coming in the form of a situation you have yet to understand. Now is the time of acceptance and self love to bring in these energies of balance and inviting what is truly meant to to be in our lives. Participate in your metamorphosis and don't fight your own pain, do the shadow work to attract what you truly are. Many blessings to all of you! Good morning everyone! Life has kept me busy lately with clearings and readings. I am constantly reminded of the power we have when we give our energy to an idea concept or feeling. It is too easy to forget that when we are stuck in a certain place, we begin to attract that exact energy toward us which contributes to the cycle of not seeing the way out of a situation. Transformation and change almost always come in the form of situations or people we feel we are not ready for. But ascension and growth looks like being brave enough to make a mistake. Sometimes trying something you never thought you would before. Life has its cycles and we are all in one right now. It is presenting us with ways to end painful old cycles. But this is a triggering time as we are having to look at truths we have hidden from ourselves for a long time. Always facing our shadow and learning to be ourselves and not separate from it. The goal is self actualization. And bringing all the broken pieces back together rather than seeing everything as separate, learning again to see and feel the connections like a woven rug or a spider web. Many blessings to all of you and I'm hoping that the world is being gentle with you during this transformative time listen to your inner child and don't deny what gives you joy during these hard difficult times. 🐍 🕷 🌙 ☀️
