DONATION BASED YOGA IS BACK!!!
I went AWOL for a while. I have spent time studying kundalini eccentric dance, delved deeper into meditation, and defined my yoga teaching style.
I've been told by multiple people it's a horrible time, economically, to continue a small business like yoga and hollistic wellness.
So why come back NOW??
Simply put: when the world gets hard, these tools become more important than ever. Taking control of your health - physically and mentally - is the cornerstone to a better life.
Keeping this knowledge alive and readily available is the goal. Donations will currently have no minimum!
