Every year, right after that tiny holiday pause, my creative mind wakes up and starts stretching its limbs. I don’t plan my year in a rigid way, just more like a loose sketch, an outline of what might bloom if the timing feels right. This month, I fully intended to release an herbal mocktail and start crafting a special soap for next month. And the truth is, it won’t happen. The ideas were there, the spark was there… but sometimes the ex*****on just isn’t ready yet.

And that’s okay. This is the life of Small Biz.

I’m not a machine. I’m a human being who creates with my hands, my heart, and whatever energy the season gives me. And you’re not just the purchases you make. You’re part of this little ecosystem with me.

Thats it for this workshop, exclusive to May for honoring Mental Health Awareness Month. My hope is for you to start with acknowledgment & that through supportive herbal allies and other means, you have a little more peace.

Happy Friday, everyone. This weekend, I’m stepping away from the hustle, the markets and the magic in my workshop and taking a much‑needed break to spend with the family as my kids transition out of another year and into new stages of life & finally dive into a home project we’ve been gathering pieces for over time. Out with the 70s rotted wood vanity with tile top in our basement bathroom and in with something fresh. It’s time has come for a refresh with some new wall paper too.

There’s something so satisfying about watching a plan you’ve held in your mind for a couple years start to take shape in real life. And honestly, giving myself permission to pause wildCRAFT for a moment and pour some energy into my own space & family feels needed.

I’m excited to unplug, get my hands on a sledgehammer, and see this project finally come together next to my hubby & kiddos. I’ll be back next week with fresh energy, new ideas, and all the wildCRAFT goodness you love.

😩 Lately, I’ve been feeling the weight of what so many of us are feeling. The economy is tight, shipping costs keep creeping up, and sometimes it feels like everything is getting more expensive except our paychecks. It’s a strange time to be a small business owner… and also a strangely beautiful one.

Because even in all of this, people still choose handmade. They still choose natural. They still choose intention over convenience. And when you choose wildCRAFT Ltd, you’re not just buying a soap or a balm but you’re choosing trust, quality, and a creator who pours real time and real heart into every batch.
