Wellness Expo Transparency + Call to Action

Today’s much anticipated Health & Wellness Expo was more than just another event for me — it was the start of my market year and a reminder of what it really takes to run a small, handmade, heart‑driven business like wildCRAFT Ltd.

There’s always a risk in events — you can do everything right and still have slow foot traffic or guests who don’t show. And when you’re a one‑woman business, that risk lands directly on your shoulders. I’m so grateful for the connections made today and the chance to share my products with many interested people. But I didnt quite hit my mark.

Today wasn’t just “a market day.”
It was my job.
It was my income.
It was how I pay my household bills.
And I’m sharing that not for sympathy, but for transparency — because small businesses are run by real people with real lives, real responsibilities, and real hopes tied to every event & my online store! Luckily it was only the start of what WildCRAFT is capable of accomplishing this year.

❓So here’s my honest ask:
I need to make up for today’s slow sales, and I’m calling in my community.

Our Calendula Balm is gentle, soothing, and made for sensitive skin. A winter essential for dry hands, cracked knuckles, and irritated skin.

🌼 The process:
Calendula flowers are steeped in a curated oil blend for 8 weeks or over low and slow heat to extract all the skin loving benefits. Thereafter, the oil is strained carefully into a clean jar, where it is incorporated with melted local beeswax for added nourishment to the finished product. Once at the proper temperature, the containers are filled with this unscented, golden goodness and then sealed.

🌿 Hi friends — welcome to wildCRAFT Limited.

I’m really glad you’re here. Since so many new faces have joined recently, I wanted to reintroduce myself and share the heart behind this little corner of the world.

wildCRAFT Limited didn’t start as a business — it started as a lifeline.
💆‍♀️ Massage Therapy became my compass when I was still a teenager recovering from a rear‑end accident. I didn’t know it then, but that experience would shape a latter 12 years of my life. I went from being a client… to a student with a newborn… to a therapist who has had the honor of touching thousands of bodies in safe, therapeutic, deeply human ways. I’ve worked in chiropractic offices, spas, classrooms, and management roles. Every chapter taught me something about the body, about people, and about myself. And somewhere along the way, plants started calling to me too.

🌟 In 2020, I began exploring herbalism on my own. By 2023, I committed to formal education through The Herbal Academy — and honestly, I’ll always be a student. Learning is part of my wiring.

🌱 wildCRAFT Limited grew out of all of this — the bodywork, the herbal studies, the curiosity, the healing, the need to create something honest and earth‑rooted. Today, it’s an online shop with a growing local presence here in Colorado Springs. I handcraft small‑batch, from‑the‑earth products, curate intentional tea blends, and host workshops that bring people together in community and curiosity.
But at its core, wildCRAFT is about mindful living. It’s about choosing better for ourselves as we age, breaking old patterns, and reconnecting with the wisdom that nature has always offered.

😊 So who am I behind all of this?
I’m a holistic wellness professional, a mom of many, a woman with colorful hair and visible tattoos, and someone who is constantly unlearning, relearning, and learning again. I’m fascinated by the human body, by plants, by movement, and by people. I’m a natural creator (thank you, ADHD), and I’m trying to be a real example of what holistic healing can look like — for my family, my community, and myself.

❓ Holistic to me means everything is connected — mind, body, spirit, environment.
🌱 Wild Craft means gathering from the earth with intention, respect, and gratitude.

That’s the heart of this space.
