Adaptogens are herbs that help your body adapt to stress (hence the name) by supporting your adrenal system and promoting balance. They don’t force your body into a state of high energy or deep relaxation—they simply help you handle stress more effectively, so you feel more resilient and less drained.

My go-to? Rhodiola Rosea. This powerhouse herb is known for boosting energy, improving focus, and fighting fatigue—perfect for those days when stress feels relentless.

If you’re constantly running on empty, adding an adaptogen to your routine might be the reset you need. Have you tried Rhodiola or another adaptogen? Let me know your fave!

If you’ve been to one of my events, you might know I’m passionate about holding the space for women to create meaningful connections and shine the light on prioritizing personal growth.

Today I’m excited to bring value to our First Friday Coffee by sharing a self-love activity that is a reminder that self-love is the foundation of our well-being. As women, we tend to pour from an empty cup, hoping that external validation or accomplishment will fill a void. It’s time to begin filling our cups! We are worthy! WE MATTER! ♥️
