Your body needs carbs, fats and proteins and when 1 macro or two left out of you overall diet… it means drastic changes, yes it could be weight loss at first but then constant exhaustion, irritability, stress or attitude flare ups, and even sleep can be affected by not consuming all macronutrients and micronutrients within your diet.
Don’t let influencers fear monger you into not consuming certain foods because they have an opinion on why it’s bad not scientific studies or research to back it up.
