There are days when I don’t know what to come on here and say.
So I have been focusing on pouring into life. Pouring into my clients, where October has brought such gorgeous shifts, healing, and/or embodiment for all. Pouring into my relationship, where wonderful things are unfolding. Pouring into joy and trust, into creating the world I want to live in bit by bit.
Pouring into my body, as I prepare for a month of travel and learning + receiving bodywork that I know is going to change me on a cellular level. And then preparing to carry and offer the deep womb work I’m learning when I get home.

I’ve been reflecting on how easy it is to get pulled into seeing everything wrong in the world. Into being scared and worried that everything is going to go wrong. It’s easy to notice conversations with loved ones and friends start to turn down the path of “everything is bad or life sucks”.

And I keep coming back to this: it’s our job to decide where we put our energy. October has been a month where I have been consciously pulling my energy back from the narratives and perspectives that feel like being trapped instead of liberation.
Things happen in life we can’t avoid. So, how do we meet the hard times? The ones we can’t avoid? How do we let those times and seasons color our view of the world? And then, how do we meet the good ones? Because if we can’t (let ourselves) see the good in life when we have it, then we’re susceptible to getting stuck in the cycle of difficult, feeling like we can’t get off.
I believe in being aware of what’s happening in the world, and making the choice, as much as possible, to focus on the good. Focus on what’s going well and on what you’re dreaming or creating. Focus on working towards a better world in whatever way you can show up for it. Pour your energy into who and what you care about, not into what you’re scared of. Pull your energy back from fear where possible. Often there are more options available to us than we think when we shift our focus.

And that’s for today’s thoughts.
I’ll leave you with this affirmation:
“Why is everything working out for my highest good?”

For full healing we must address the physical, emotional and energetic causes of what we are experiencing.

Healing is incomplete if we are not working with all of these aspects.

Here is a story of full spectrum healing in my journey. I share to remind you that integration of the energetic work is so important in order to feel the physical benefits!

You’re looking for answers outside of yourself
In the endless astrology videos, self help books, social media therapy posts, in your friend’s thoughts or opinions, in what’s worked for someone else.

But what you’ve never been taught is that everything you need to know is in your womb. She’s the greatest oracle. She’s a source of wisdom and embodied intuition that nothing and no one outside of you can ever touch - once you’ve learned to hear her voice.

When you awaken to the voice of your womb and stop centering other people’s opinions, paths, thoughts, or advice, your world changes.
You learn to trust what you know is right for you - despite what anyone else may say.
You feel more confident to take leaps of faith, following your gut, when you would have ignored it in fear before.
You uproot the systems, labels, identities, and self help therapy ideals that have guided you and learn to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.

Coming home to the womb is the most important path each woman walks in this life. Because it will change and uplevel every other path she’s on.

If you’re ready to awaken to your womb and learn to walk her path, join me in HOMECOMING. I will never tell you that your journey must look a certain way. Instead I’ll teach you tools and wisdom that will help guide you back to your womb wisdom, your womb prophecy and vision. In short I’ll help you come home to yourself, womb first, so you can live the life you’ve dreamed of, the life you’re meant for.
There’s no shortcuts here, but the journey home is a beautiful one.

Life has been so busy, fast paced, transforming in new ways each day since landing back from the east coast 2 weeks ago
The changes, opportunities, dreams we’ve prayed for are arriving, somehow both slowly and all at once.
In truth, my system has been stretched and massaged open, my capacity deepening in response to this.
Every single tool, skill, piece of wisdom I’ve spent time cultivating has needed me to meet it deeper.

And so I’ve been reminded, and felt so deeply: this is why we do healing work. This is why we work with the body, spirit, womb, nervous system. So that when our dreams start to unfold, we have the capacity to meet them, hold them.
No one wants their dreams to arrive only to be unable to receive them.

Instead, it’s up to us to make our bodies and spirits home for our dreams. So that our prophecy, legacy, creations, love can find home within us.

Join me this fall/winter for HOMECOMING. A deep, transformative journey that will help you make your body, soul, and womb HOME for everything you dream of.

On my recent journey to NH, I had an awakening on the top of a mountain top - a full on identity shift really.
The story is long, so if you want to read about the whole journey head to my substack. If you want just a tidbit, read below:

“The mountains became a mirror for the part of me that felt addicted to challenges. I used to find the hardest hikes I could and go do them for “fun”. The challenge was intoxicating. I found myself unconsciously choosing the harder path, pretty much always. This is a habit I’ve been unwinding over the last few months.

As we sat at the top of this mountain, I listened and heard the message. It’s time to choose an easier path. It’s time to listen to the mountains and everything they’re bringing up: the anxiety, the clunkiness, the challenges. These things exist in life, but we don’t have to chase them.

I realized: I no longer need to climb a mountain in an attempt to create more difficulty on my terms before life can do it for me.

I thought about the elements of the mountains: earth and fire. Earth, clay, rocks: they’re all elemental reflections of the body, the bones, the passed down lineage line that we each carry in our DNA. Fire keeps us warm, lights the path forward, burns away anything that gets in its way.
In contrast, consider the elements of the ocean: water, air. Water reflects our blood, the flow of the womb, the pulse of creation. Air fills our lungs carrying information and life.
Elementally, the mountains invite us to heal our lineage, to burn away our karma, to discover what weighs us down and free ourselves from it.
The ocean invites us into the womb, to be cradled by her lifeblood. To breathe her life force, to create, to flow, to be washed clean.

I yelled out my release. I made peace with the mountains, as guides on my journey.

The next day, we went to the ocean. We allowed the Atlantic to cleanse us, allowing her waters to rejuvenate us.”

This piece is one I wrote over the course of several weeks, reflecting on my own relationship to the word “woman” as well as reflecting on the common disconnects I have noticed with the word “woman” in today’s world.
My hope is that as you read this, you’re inspired to own your woman and shine your womb light brighter into the world around you.
Let us each reclaim and define womanhood for ourselves, anchored in the magic of the creative feminine womb.
✨
To be Woman is to be multi-dimensional and indescribable.

To be Woman is a gift.

I hope these words inspire you to reclaim your Woman and your roar.
✨
Join me in HOMECOMING this fall to reclaim your WOMAN and your WOMB. You’re carrying an important legacy, a deep prophecy. It’s time to learn to speak its language.

How to put the last 10 days into words? I’ve been mulling over how to start for so long that I’m just going to start with a photo dump.

Pictures 1,2,3: my brother got married in NH and it was the most beautiful weekend. I get teary eyed every time I think of the wedding and my brother and new sister (!!!)

Then, Zach and I stayed in NH for several days and I showed him my favorite places.

Pictures 4,5,6: showing him the southern coast of Maine for the first time and watching him fall in love with it just as much as I have always been

Pictures 7-12: a day in the white mountains of NH seeing the fall leaves (sorry I didn’t get any pictures of the truly stunning colors) and hiking our last mountain for a LONG time (last picture with our thumbs down). Deciding we are no longer mountain people - or at least we no longer want to hike hard things for “fun”. There was a whole identity shift that happened on the top of that mountain - that will probably be a substack blog post sometime soon.

Pictures 13-17: another day in Maine including taking a dip in the Atlantic on October 1st (it was cold and we were the only ones crazy enough to do it)

Picture 18: waiting for the bus to Boston & admiring Zach’s outfit courtesy of kittery trading post. Successfully got him to fall in love with my home.

Not pictured: being absolutely covered in bug bites and not freaking out even a bit (one reason I left NH 6 years ago was because although I trusted my body to heal, I was not sure I could handle living in a place where ticks are so abundant. Definitely saw that fear fully put to rest this trip and I am not sure I’ve ever felt healthier or more vibrant than I have in the last week.)

My biggest takeaway: I had to leave New England to find home in myself, and to be able to come back and love & appreciate where I grew up.
Home is internal first and foremost, but the home that land holds for us is deeply important too.

This was a homecoming, a remembrance, and a damn good celebration.

So many more insights to come, but this is a start.

Today mars in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius. It’s a great day to think about power, transformation and EGO.

So let’s talk about EGO DEATHS

An ego death doesn’t just happen to you. It’s knocks at your door and asks you to meet it. Then it’s up to you to choose to walk with it or not.

Choosing to walk with the ego death will get you through it more quickly and less painfully (not to say it’s easy though). An ego death that you keep avoiding meeting will hurt way more in the long run (I say this from both personal experience & experience guiding clients through ego deaths for several years now).

Are you in the middle of an ego death? Have you had one before? Are you trying to figure out how to move through an ego death? Leave stories, comments or even questions about how to navigate what’s coming up in the comments & I’ll share any guidance for you I can.
