The bottle said take 3-5 at night, for me not needed two was good. I was trying to keep my intestines inside my body. Cleaned me out well!

This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story. First, I will try to spare the disgusting details. It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly.
The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that didn't make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high. My body has been holding on to waste so long,

I have lost weight with this product. I will be ordering again as I have about 50 lbs to lose. Just take one in the morning and your good to go for the day. I have tried other products where you have to take them 30 mins before you eat. They never work for me because I forget to take them. Love the fact this is a once a day pill. If you want good info on controlling diabetes this is the book that you should read! The information in this book has been so helpful to me, that in just 3 weeks I have lost 10 lbs and kept my meter count for fasting a little over a hundred, down from over 2 hundred. I didn`t need those crazy diets the other books tell you to go by? Just use some common sense and do what they tell you.
