Before starting our BCST session, I will always use language to support your nervous system.
✨ 1. I'll let you know what our journey may look or feel like as your nervous system downshifts.
I do not give a million examples, as your body is so unique, but it can be helpful to know that your system may go into deep rest or temporary resistance depending on where your stress levels are at so when it happens, you can relax a little bit easier. It is perfectly normal if a client falls asleep, snores, twitches, has a monkey mind or gets emotional. As your physical body relaxes, other layers come to the surface.
☁️ 2. Permission is yours. This is extremely supportive of the nervous system and it may feel like a missing resource - to have this entire space to be needy, to let me know if anything can be better, to pause, to name or recognize what's happening.
☀️ 3. With any & every imprint or stress that's currently impacting you, or has been informing you for quite some time, I will recognize it with Health.
As a practitioner, I come with a neutral knowing that your body also has an ever-present layer of Health, always.
I will meet your imprint with Blueprint; I will meet your body where it is at, and remind it of resource, Health and a trust in its divine timing.
Moment by moment, we are reminding the body and nervous system of new perception, support and rest.
In these moments, we can witness healing together 🤍
