1. If you want a body and mind aligned, you’ve got to own your choices. Either dedicate time to prepare your own meals or pay someone to do it - no shortcuts. 2. Fueling well means timing meals with intention - like having a bigger lunch when digestion is the strongest and choosing qualities that support your goals: grounding foods for stability, light foods for clarity, and energizing foods for action. Timing and qualities are your secret edge.

3. Instead of chasing trends or fighting your body, align with natural rhythms. Intuitive eating with Ayurvedic principles means listening to your body’s cycles, not external noise.

4. You don’t need as much protein as you think. We are sold on protein as the magic bullet, but often, what you really need is deeper recovery. Sleep and real downtime are performance multipliers. Balance your protein obsession with rest obsession. 😴

5. 🗓️ Seasonal cleanses are a fad. They are a lifelong skill. It’s not about a quick detox. It’s about a lifetime of tuning in and aligning your body with nature’s cycles. THAT’S where you’ll find longevity.

6. Longevity isn’t just about calm and clean eating. It’s also about building muscle. And yes, that means lifting heavy. 💪Strength is longevity’s insurance policy – don’t skip it.

7. 💊You can’t supplement your way out of a poor lifestyle – pills are back ups, not foundations.

8. Health means community and longevity thrives when you have strong connections, not just strong habits. Healing happens in ecosystems. Not isolation. Make sure you are not self isolating in the name of “peace “.
