When you are sick and need medical help, but your regular doctor can't get you in for weeks, urgent care is the only option, right? OR maybe a local direct primary care doctor can get you in as fast as an urgent care, but you can see the doc who actually knows you?

A lot of people are using urgent care centers – and some are finding that the results are less than perfect.
