US News and World Report did a lovely article explaining why a doctor would consider DPC, including this gem of a one-liner: (these doctors offices) remove the constraints imposed by insurance companies. Right on! Plus, 94% of doctors working in direct primary care said they were satisfied with their practice, compared with only 57% of those in non-DPC offices. Sounds about right!
