MK Legacy hosted our 1st annual camping trip for the end of the summer hoorah! Thanks to Golden Eagle Campground and the May Bug Museum we had an incredible experience!

We had a tent set up friendly competition made our campsite feel like home. Fishing and small walks around the pound sharing laughter throughout the night. Coming back to a warm camp fire with food cooking and got to enjoy a family dinner.

Everyone got to sit around the fire share camp stories learn about the consolations and enjoy the night sky! Everyone had the best time and can’t wait until next year!

The Arc Pikes Peak Region is proud to support the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 35th Anniversary. On July 26th we celebrate this important civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public. The purpose of the law is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
