Do it once, maybe it was lucky.

Do it twice, maybe you have some skill.

Do it for a decade, now you can say you have mastery.

I’ve been coaching and helping others reach their potential for 29 years now. This isn’t some fad. This isn’t overnight success. This is longevity. This is true understanding. This is refinement.

This is mastery.

But the best part…I’m not done. Far from it. I’m still learning. Still refining. And those that work with me benefit from the process. I don’t want my clients successful for one catch. For one season. For one positive change. For one award. For one momentary happiness.

I want to effect change and positive growth for a lifetime. This is how it’s done. This is what it looks like.

DOES MY TRAINING WORK?!

Josh seems to think so. Here he is at 330 lbs then now living his best life at 200 lbs.

Before he couldn’t get on the ground to play with his kids. Now he wakesurfs and wrestles with them.

Before he couldn’t walk on the beach without his heart racing like he was having a heart attack. Now he can run marathons.

I wasn’t always fit and lean. I fluctuated a lot. It was always at times when I was putting everything else first thinking I had to or it was more noble. Even though I was an accomplished trainer and elite level coach, I wasn’t always following my own plan. Honestly, I didn’t know how to balance it all.

It took some time, but balance came.

All the knowledge and experience, the trials and tribulations, the successes and failures, the years of wisdom gained have come together—for your benefit. So you can find balance and health in all areas of life.

No matter your age, you can have your dreams, your health, your fitness, your work and your relationships. If you want it, I can help you.

All it takes is a choice to say yes.

Enough waiting and wishing. You only get one life and you won’t get time back. Live your life now.
