Grateful for another day being able to do what I love to do, and being of service. I am a lucky person. What are you grateful for? No wrong answers (unless you’re insincere), nothing is too small. Once you get started on this list it seems to just keep going and going. Please try it. There are not many states of being in this life that have the positive nourishing and empowering energy of gratitude. Joy also seems to naturally spring forth when we think of what we are grateful for.
