We diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems from injury to wear and tear. Our physicians help patients of all ages and activity levels. Our mission is to achieve optimal results for each patient through a team

approach that includes Physicians, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, and an Athletic Trainer. For your convenience, we have radiology, physical therapy, and rehabilitation services available on site at both our clinic locations.

Colorado Center of Orthopaedic Excellence (CCOE) is proud to partner with The Sports Corp for The Broadmoor Cycle to the Summit on Saturday, August 9th — a challenging 12.42-mile ride up Pikes Peak on a fully closed highway with 156 turns and a breathtaking finish at 14,115 feet.

Our CCOE medical team will be on-site alongside EMS, providing expert support to ensure athlete safety every step (and pedal) of the way.

🏅 CCOE is proud to support the 2025 Rocky Mountain State Games! 🏅

From July 18–20, CCOE’s Athletic Training team will be on-site in collaboration with Colorado Springs The Sports Corp , providing medical coverage and injury support at multiple events—including Grass Volleyball, Judo, Pickleball, Track & Field—with roving ATCs also covering competitions like Archery, Lacrosse, Swimming, and more.

CCOE will have multiple Athletic Trainers on-site throughout the weekend, showcasing the strength and dedication of our team. Among those supporting this major event:
• Kyle Sanders, DPT/ATC – North Office
• Yasmine Wright – Lewis-Palmer High School
• Ivan Jimenez – Palmer Ridge High School
• Meghan Waidler – Cheyenne Mountain High School

While our high school ATCs spend their daily hours serving their respective school communities, they are all employed by CCOE and play an essential role in supporting RMSG.

We’re also proud to highlight Katie Ferraro, LAT, ATC, who will be on-site providing care—but even more importantly, she has been instrumental in coordinating all athletic training coverage for the Games before and during the weekend.

As Colorado’s largest multi-sport festival, the Rocky Mountain State Games welcome athletes of all ages, skill levels, and abilities—including those with physical disabilities, visual impairments, and IDD. CCOE is honored to be part of this incredible celebration of competition, community, and inclusion.
