On April 4, 2022, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis signed into law House Bill 1279, the Reproductive Health Equity Act. The new statute allows for abortion at any point of a pregnancy – right up to delivery. No questions asked. The draconian law even went so far as to strip pre-born babies of all human rights. This puts Colorado’s disregard for preborn life on par with North Korea and China.

It’s wicked. It’s evil. It’s now law in The Centennial State.

Coloradans deserve better.
