コロラドはあと8時間弱で年明け。
おそらく明ける前には爆睡してますが😂
　
あまりSNSの更新はしていませんが
繋がってくださる方々、ありがとうございます🫶💓
2025年は少し更新頻度を増やしたいなと思います😝

現在第二子を妊娠中、6ヶ月です🐣
つわり時は相変わらず、
人生で1番辛い時期でダウンしてましたが
今は元気になりモリモリ食べてます！

2019/8/11にインストラクターデビューし早5年🌱

マタニティヨガ、ベビーヨガと学び
　
自宅スタジオでヨガを受けてくださる皆様へ

My first day as yoga instructor was in my home town on Aug 11th 2019. It’s been 5 years now🌱

There were/are many encounters in Japan, Florida, Colorado, and instagram. Learnt prenatal and baby yoga as my life stage changed.

Now there are some people come to take my class even my daughter is around. I appreciate to everything🙏💓

Lets put our health to one of the top priorities and live with yoga🌞
