The BMSE will feature a variety of booths offering intuitive readings, reiki, aura photos, holistic health products, metaphysical jewelry, and much more.

Hey there, lovely friends, old and new! After a 6 month break from social media, I've returned, ready to reconnect and share the journey I've had. Life threw some hardcore unexpected lessons my way, and I needed time and energy to navigate through them. Here's the inside scoop...

💔 I embraced the role of caregiver for my brave fiancé, who broke his knee mountain biking. It was a challenging yet empowering experience, teaching me invaluable lessons about love, resilience and how to be a sole provider.
💔 I've been traveling monthly to see my parents and stepping into a leadership role to support my father through his hospice journey, cherishing every moment and ensuring his final wishes are honored - all the while caring and supporting my very distressed mother.
👉I've also been diligently working on launching my second business – an online course focused on functional and metaphysical medicine for women's health. It's a project close to my heart, driven by a passion for helping others.

Through it all, I've learned some valuable lessons that have made me strong AF:

✅ Prioritize your 6 month emergency fund – it's your safety net during tough times. (Thank God I'm stubborn about that)
✅ Spend quality time with your parents – Their time left is so precious.
✅ Learn to delegate – family always comes first, no matter what.
✅ Remember during tough times that "This, too, shall pass".
✅ In moments of crisis, true friends reveal themselves.
✅ Proactively schedule self-care time, book health appointments and create space for yourself - if not you, then who?

I'm excited to get back on social media and continue my commitment to create educational content that makes a difference and raises consciousness! 📚✌️ 💪💖 🌷

November seasonal food are fresher, tastier and more nutritious than food consumed out of season.

Even though we all like to eat blueberries and avocados year round (at least I do), the best time to eat them is when they can be purchased directly from a local grower shortly after harvest.

Seasonal fruits and vegetables picked from local are even FRESHER, as they do not require long distances for transport.

Crops picked at their peak of ripeness are also more FLAVORFUL.

Research has found that fruits and vegetables contain more nutrients when allowed to ripen naturally on their parent plant.

🌟 Here's what's in season:

🍑 Pomegranates - Bursting with jewel-like seeds, a true autumn delight!
🫐 Figs - Sweet, succulent, and perfect for both sweet and savory dishes.
🍊 Kumquats - These tiny citrus treasures bring a burst of brightness to any dish!
