Since 2000, yoga has been my guiding light ๐ŸŒŸ. Itโ€™s transformed my life by bringing balance, deepening my meditation practice, and nurturing the sacred connection between mind, body, and soul ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ซ.

Yoga is my sanctuary โ€” itโ€™s nourished my spirit and shaped me into the empowered woman I am today โœจ๐Ÿ‘‘.

๐Ÿ’– My daily ritual: 10 minutes every morning to set the tone for my day โ˜€๏ธ and 10 minutes before bed to calm my energy + release stored tension ๐ŸŒ™. Yoga also gently opens the chakras, keeping my energy field clear, vibrant, and aligned โ€” the ultimate practice for energetic hygiene ๐Ÿ”ฎโœจ.
