Just as the trees release their leaves 🍂, we too are invited to let go of what we no longer need and trust the beauty of the inward journey. The equinox is a moment of balance — day and night in harmony — reminding us to pause, breathe, and realign our own inner balance 🌿💫.

This season is for:
🌙 Slowing down — honoring rest as sacred medicine.
🕯️ Turning inward — meditation, journaling, reflection.

Since 2000, yoga has been my guiding light 🌟. It’s transformed my life by bringing balance, deepening my meditation practice, and nurturing the sacred connection between mind, body, and soul 🌿💫.

Yoga is my sanctuary — it’s nourished my spirit and shaped me into the empowered woman I am today ✨👑.

💖 My daily ritual: 10 minutes every morning to set the tone for my day ☀️ and 10 minutes before bed to calm my energy + release stored tension 🌙. Yoga also gently opens the chakras, keeping my energy field clear, vibrant, and aligned — the ultimate practice for energetic hygiene 🔮✨.

This month, let’s honor National Yoga Month by:
🌸 Deepening our practice
🌸 Finding balance in the chaos
🌸 Spreading love + light wherever we go
