Sometimes it is scary to think about all the ingredients companies are allowed to use in our foods. It takes intentionality to make change. I challenge you to say 'no' to fast foods and empty carbs. Society needs to re-learn what it means to fuel your body. Eating chemicals and ultra processed foods is not the answer. We are slowly killing ourselves and then we turn to our doctors and ask for a quick fix. The solution is a change in lifestyle and choices. Be the change your body craves!
