Hello my friends!!

Mary Stephens of Mary Stephens Massage and I will be out of the office starting Sunday, April 19, 2026 thru Wednesday April 29, 2026.

Dr. Lauren Penn of Pinpoint Chiropractic and Wellnes will be open on SOME of those days other than her regular Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday schedule.
She says if the open sign is on, then she's there!!!

Barbara-Anne Tackett of Hang Zen massage therapy is available for massage Monday -- Thursday every week.

We'll see you all again Thursday April 30th, 2026.

I'm back from my conference!!

I will be in the office Wednesday and Thursday, 10:30-7 and Friday 10:30-2 ish. I have a plane to catch.

I'll be out of the office again this weekend to attend another conference to learn a specific technique I've been wanting to learn for a couple of years now...

I will be closed Thursday as a result.

Next week I will be out of the office to attend my annual conference ProSport Chiropractic in Las Vegas, NV with Mary Stephens Massage .
