Are you facing an unplanned pregnancy and aren’t sure what to do next? Looking for accessible STI testing? Just need someone to talk to about your options? Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center is here to help. All of our services are completely free and confidential. Our medical facility seeks to provide support and education to individuals facing decisions about sexuality, relationship and pregnancy issues.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER? We offer services designed to help women know and understand all their pregnancy options. Services include:
