We would like to welcome Shannon Hodges to Mindful Connections Mental Health! Shannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate working under the supervision of Dr. Erika Johnson.

Shannon provides individual counseling from a culturally sensitive perspective and employs appropriate, evidenced-based techniques from DBT, CBT, CPT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered modalities. She works with Trauma/PTSD, Domestic Violence (Victim), Grief and Loss, Depression, Anxiety and Anxiety Related Disorders, infidelity/Relationship Concerns, Anger Management, and Substance Use/Abuse.
