Imagine being at a job and career point where it's no longer fulfilling, but it pays the bills. At times, people may stay longer for soul awareness, besides the obvious reasons, such as security and obligations.

Some situations can feel and be out of one's control. It's complex.

What I'm learning in metaphysical levels, there's deeper layers.

Here's another side of the coin, a person may stay at a job that isn't fulfilling. To serve as growth catalysts.

Learn discernment, to identify environments that are aligned with integrity versus those that drain their energy.

Strengthen self-worth, to no longer settle for unfulfilling or toxic dynamics, but instead claim their value.

Redirect life path, sometimes job struggles are the soul’s way of closing doors so that a higher, more purposeful field of work can open.

Heal patterns, past-life or ancestral imprints of servitude, scarcity, or being undervalued may play out through jobs until they are cleared.

I can reflect on previous career shifts and there were additional reasons, "I had to stay". Eventually, as I shifted previous wiring from societal and familiar constraints, I chose to embody and live out a life that I deserve.

During a session, I set and witness the intentions for the person to create alignment from the soul, to brain, upheld in the heart, for Creation and a new life destination. Together, we have quantum entanglements to be a driven energetic projection to achieve their desired design plan in life.

Someone here, may see this post, and are ready to align their belief system to their divine plan.
