🚨 Important Update: New Cancellation Policy 🚨

Hey everyone! 💛

First off, thank you SO much for your continued support. It’s a joy to be part of your self-care journey, and I’m so grateful for the trust you place in me. 💆‍♀️💫

That said, I’ve recently had several no-shows and last-minute cancellations. These impact not just my business, but also other clients who could have used that appointment time.

👉 To help protect my time and keep things running smoothly, I’ll now be requiring a card on file through Square when booking.

✨ Updated Policy (Effective Immediately):
🔸 24-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules
🔸 Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee
🔸 No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee

💳 Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is triggered. No surprises.

I absolutely understand that emergencies and unexpected things come up—please don’t hesitate to reach out if that ever happens. I’ll always approach it with kindness and flexibility when I can. 💬
