I donāt post much. However, this feed spoke to me. A little funny, because itās my birthday, but then again, this is what I was born to do:)) And I have a little time, coincidentally.?
My Opinion:
Itās so much better to spend some $$ out of your pocket, (or HSA, etc) to help yourself be healthier, first, than to get in the medical loop. Unless you truly need it. Iāve been on both sides & there is a reason for both.
Happy to help you acknowledge, understand, & (at least) help you achieve where you wish to be!
Ask yourself:
What is this costing me in time off work?
What is this costing me in my quality of life??
What will this cost me?? If I could feel as good as I did 5 years ago, is it worth the $$. ???

Happy Birthday, Colorado!! And to all the wonderful people born in August:)) Can you find the 'Colorado Starfish' in the picture? So apparently, it's 'foot week.' I've had the pleasure to work on sore feet, hammer toes, bunions, stress fractures, & foot problems from car accidents. Yes, I can help your feet with chiropractic treatment, supplements, advice, a referral, or all. Tip of the day is: respect your feet!! Avoid flip flops, clogs, open heels, or any shoes that make your toes grab to hang on to your shoe. Imagine how a hammer toe is born. The shoes may be 'cute,' but what about the future for your feet? So grateful to celebrate my office's 29th Birthday/Anniversary on this July 5th!! In wondering what to write today, I was inspired by niece Nikki Tomlinson's post. "Grateful." Before I opened my own practice in 1989, I worked with a fabulous chiropractor in Colorado Springs. As I was inspired to do more things, my way, Holliger Chiropractic was born.
