🎉 Double the birthdays, double the gratitude! 🎉

This week we’re celebrating two incredible women who keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes—and we truly couldn’t do what we do without them.

✨ Karina leads our surgical assistant team with skill, calm, and precision. From education to flow, she is the steady force that holds every surgical procedure together. Her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to keep everyone aligned make all the difference—for our team and our patients.

✨ Sarah, our sterilization specialist, is the backbone of safety and consistency in our practice. Her dedication ensures every procedure meets the highest standards of care. What she does may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every single patient experience.

We’re so grateful for both of you—not just for what you do, but for who you are.
Happy Birthday, Karina and Sarah! 🎂💙

Today, we pause to reflect on the legacy of Dr. King and his enduring message of peace, respect, and unity.

In today’s world, this quote serves as a simple reminder that progress is shaped by the way we treat one another every day—with patience, understanding, and compassion. Small choices, made consistently, can have a meaningful impact in our communities.

On this MLK Day, we honor Dr. King’s vision and recommit to leading with kindness, dignity, and care in all that we do!

🦷 We Put People First.

For many people, the hardest part of dental care isn’t the procedure.

It’s the fear.
The past experiences.
The feeling of not being heard.

We understand that.

That’s why dental anxiety isn’t an afterthought here—it’s our specialty.
From the moment you walk through our doors, your comfort matters just as much as your outcome.

✨ We listen before we treat.
✨ We explain every step—no surprises.
✨ We move at your pace, not ours.
✨ And we never rush fear… we replace it with trust.

Whether your anxiety is mild or overwhelming, you are not alone.

We’re here beside you—before, during, and after—every step of the way.

Why Wait?

Losing a tooth can feel overwhelming—but waiting months to replace it isn’t always necessary.

With immediate dental implants, in many cases, the implant can be placed the same day the tooth is extracted, offering powerful benefits for both health and healing.

Why patients choose immediate implants:

• Preserve bone and facial structure – Bone loss begins quickly after a tooth is removed. Immediate placement helps maintain jawbone strength and facial support.

• Fewer procedures, faster healing – One surgical visit instead of multiple appointments over months.

• Shorter total treatment time – Get back to chewing, speaking, and smiling sooner.

• More comfortable recovery – Less disruption to the tissue when done at the time of extraction.

• Confidence restored sooner – No long gaps or temporary solutions when conditions are right.

So… why wait?

Delaying replacement can allow bone loss and shifting teeth to complicate future treatment. When the bone and health conditions are right, acting sooner can mean simpler treatment and better long-term results.

Immediate implants aren’t for everyone—but for the right patient, they can be a game-changer.

Give us a call to schedule a consultation and find out if immediate implants are right for you!

Today, we honor the men and women who have served our country with courage, commitment, and sacrifice.

Here in Colorado Springs, we are deeply grateful to care for so many veterans and active-duty service members from our local community. It is a privilege to support you in return.

We are especially proud of Dr. Listello, who served in the United States Air Force before continuing his service to others through healthcare. His experience, integrity, and dedication to patient care reflect the same values he carried while in uniform.

To our veterans, our active-duty members, and your families:
Thank you for your service, your resilience, and your continued trust in us.
