I’m a licensed massage therapist in Colorado Springs, Colorado certified in Neuromuscular Therapy. I am trained in a number of different massage techniques: Swedish, trigger point release, increasing range of motion, and deep tissue. I blend these techniques to achieve a c

ompassionate approach which integrates your personal issues with my intuition of the best techniques to alleviate those problems. My goal is to use the benefits of touch and human interaction to transport each person into a state of well being. This approach will shift you toward a happier, healthier, more productive and meaningful life.
