Last week, our amazing leaders from all the Total Care Connections offices came together for our quarterly leadership meeting! 💙 Every conversation reminded us of one simple truth: leadership in home care is all about people. The ones who give care, the ones who receive it, and the ones who inspire it.

2025 has been a year of transformation for us, building on sixteen years of hard work, heart, and dedication while stepping into new opportunities. It’s crazy to think that what started in a tiny Tucson office has grown into a company powered by people who truly care. When leadership and compassion come together, there’s no limit to the impact we can make in home care.

As the quote goes, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.” That’s exactly who our TCC leaders are: leading with courage, compassion, and heart every single day.

We can’t wait to see what’s next for this incredible team and the difference we’ll continue to make together! 💫

We’re so excited to have John join our TCC family and can’t wait to see the positive energy, great leadership, and fresh ideas he’ll bring to the team. ✨

John comes with over 5 years of home care experience and a strong background in operations, leadership, training, and client relations. He’s passionate about supporting teams, creating a positive work environment, and making sure both clients and staff feel valued and cared for.

When he’s not working, John loves fishing, hiking, camping, traveling, playing intramural sports, and going to concerts, so definitely someone who knows how to balance hard work with fun and adventure! 🎣🍃
