Is “food noise” taking over your thoughts? 💭

Food noise is that constant mental chatter—what to eat, when to eat, cravings, guilt, all of it. It goes beyond normal hunger cues and can feel absolutely nonstop.

It might show up as:
Thinking about food constantly
Guilt after eating
Obsessing over food choices
Avoiding social situations because of food worries

If this resonates, know that you’re not alone. Food noise often stems from restriction, stress, or chronic dieting—and it’s possible to find peace. 💙

This year, what if your resolution was simply to be kinder to your body?

Swipe through for some thoughts on navigating New Year’s resolutions without the diet culture BS ➡️
