HAPPY HALLOW'S EVE 🖤
Welcome to Bodywork by Rhi's Massage giveaway 🖤
I chose this time of year when we're honoring our dead ancestors and moving into the season of gratitude for a specific reason.
A couple months into my Death Doula training has me contemplating our mortality a lot lately.
I know this can sound morbid to some, but the truth is we are born, we live a life unique to us and then we die.
All of us.
So, how can we make the time we have here together more meaningful?
How can we honor our lives by living out our legacy and being aware of the impact we have on others & honoring the impact they have on us?
I think a key part of being alive is realizing how much we have to be thankful for.
When was the last time you've truly been thankful for your friends, your family, your pets, the roof over your head?
When was the last time you've looked at someone who plays a key part in your life and told them what they mean to you?
Can you take note of the things both big and small that make it just a little bit easier to live life?
The clean water you drink, the food you eat, the ability to plan for the holidays coming up?
There is SO much to be thankful for- and the dead and dying have taught me how quickly this all goes in the grand scheme of things.
So slow down, look around you, and notice everything that brings you joy, security, peace and love.
Here is an opportunity to name it out loud- I am of the belief that abundance is created by being outwardly and positively thankful.
Create a story, write in the comments or for multiple entries into the drawing go big and make a post or reel showcasing the beautiful things that surround you.
Don't forget to tag me at on Instagram or Bodywork by Rhiannon - Rhiannon Wild on Facebook so I can keep a tally of all of your posts!
The idea is to create a chain of gratitude & let those around us know the impact they have on us.
Thank you all for everything you've contributed to my life, my work and my family.
Thank you for your trust in me, your kindness and your support.
I get to do something I love everyday because of all of you, and it truly is not lost on me.
🙏🏼
