We are committed to providing wellness with a welcoming environment, visits with a smile and scientifically proven skin care advice and procedures. We love every age and believe in celebrating your best you. We also love our teens! They are beginning to develop skin care routines that will help them to keep acne at a minimum and sun damage from creating spots/melanoma/wrinkles later in life. In addition, consultations will be available for all of our clients at a time convenient for you. Dr Marsala offers appointments on request 7 days a week and evenings, in addition to traditional office hours. To become a supportive business to our beautiful community in Colorado Springs. Dr Marsala is dedicated to safe aesthetic practice and up to date literature review. This field of medicine has exploded in recent years and there are serious complications that can occur. This requires constant knowledge of evidence based treatments. Dr Marsala is a board certified emergency medicine physician. She has sent many years overlapping her love for aesthetic medicine and clinical emergency care. She is now developing highly sought after clinical trainings for physician to physician medical aesthetics. She is a consultant and in person trainer for advanced fillers, botox, and medical spa business. Finally, when you visit MD Boutiques, you will feel comfortable in our relaxed atmosphere. We typically see people for multiple visits over the years. Creative aesthetics means that your journey will be specific to you. We see your uniqueness and strive to support your desired outcome.

Quick update to my clients, friends and colleagues.
MD Boutiques will be closing April 14, 2025.
Dr Marsala will be working in the emergency department.
Elective procedures have been put on the back burner while the economy stabilizes.
The good news! I will be back.
Keep your faces Sun protected and your skin care routines stable. Nothin’ better than a clear complexion.
I have a couple of referrals for you that I will post in the next couple of days. If you have records with me re: Botox placement and would like them, I am happy to share. Just let me know.
