Calling all expectant moms (and the amazing people supporting them!). This program is open to the public and not limited to existing patients.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the honor of serving the pregnancy community through chiropractic care, nutritional support, and compassionate guidance. I’ve walked alongside thousands of mothers on their journey — helping them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident every step of the way.
And now, I’m excited to share something truly close to my heart: The Womb of Wellness™ Program
This is a 6-session rotating series designed for expectant mothers and their partners, filled with simple, empowering tools to support both the womb and the birth experience. Whether you're early in your pregnancy or nearing delivery, each session stands alone — so you can jump in at any time and start receiving value right away.
From nutrition and posture tips to emotional connection and hands-on support for partners, this program is about more than just information — it's about community, confidence, and care.

~ Functional prenatal nutrition (beyond just folic acid)

~ Spouse/partner support: shopping, prepping, encouraging hydration and nourishment

~ Simple movements for pelvic balance and alignment

~ What to really expect postpartum
~ Supporting healing, breastfeeding, and baby bonding
