We are excited to announce our Domestic Violence Survivors Support Group.

We are launching a 12-week DV Survivor’s Support Group that kicks off June 03. This will be a closed group of 8 participants, which will be pre-screened for safety factors and rightness of fit.

The structure of the class focuses on building community and providing psychoeducation around topics like boundaries, understanding power dynamics, and how to develop a stronger sense of self after surviving a domestic violence situation.

The cost is $30/class and we do plan to accept Medicaid.

Alexa joins us after completing her internship with us over the last year.

Alexa believes that healing is deeply personal and she believes in the power of therapeutic rapport. She integrates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, walk and talk nature therapy, and somatic techniques.

Our Annual Team Vision Board Day! 💕

Hidden Treasures Therapy was founded on the belief that everyone experiences life’s challenges, and sometimes we need the support of another person in the counseling room to discover the hidden treasures that can emerge after pain.

Our team of counselors enjoyed time together over a charcuterie board while crafting visions, both personal and professional, as a team. We are grateful for this meaningful work and for the clients we have the privilege to serve.

Angi has hit the ground running at our practice! She comes with extensive background in marketing and writing, and is ready to expand her clinical skills and experience as a therapist!

Angi is passionate about Attached-Based therapy, supporting clients with anxiety and depression, and is equipped to use CBT and DBT tools in the therapeutic space.
