The conversion rate of fascia is not as high as that of muscle 💪 🧬 ⏰ Connective tissue fibers take longer to renew than muscles take to grow.

When the connective tissue cells receive the right stimuli, their metabolism is boosted and they produce new fibers, which then reconnect and rearrange themselves in the wave-like structure that is typical of healthy tissue.

The structure of fascia changes its length, strength and lubricity to adapt to the daily stresses and strains to which it is subjected.

Even if the tissue has been neglected for some time, perhaps because a limb has been in a cast, proper training can reactivate the matted tissue.
