It’s been 10 days since my bodybuilding comp, and yeah, I don’t look like I did on stage anymore (or 2 days prior!) and that’s perfectly fine! The shredded, comp-day look is a fleeting moment, crafted for one epic day. Now, I’m embracing the post-comp phase: a bit softer, a lot happier, and still strong. Gaining some weight is part of the process—it’s fuel for growth, muscle, and strength. You can’t grow if you stay stage-lean forever! Here’s to loving the journey and building for the next chapter!
