Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by pressure on the median nerve. The carpal tunnel is a narrow passageway surrounded by bones and ligaments on the palm side of your hand. When the median nerve is compressed, the symptoms can include numbness, tingling and weakness in the hand and arm.

Complete these stretches throughout the day no more than 10x per stretch session.

Pressure on the ulnar nerve can result in a tingling feeling in the little and ring fingers of the hand or the elbow.

It can be due to external or positional pressure:
- leaning on the elbow
- talking on the phone
- sleeping with bent arms

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.

President Franklin D Roosevelt: " Dec 7th, 1941 a day that will live in infamy." It was today back in 1941 when the residents of Hawaii were awakened at 7:41am local time by a surprise attack. The Empire of Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in two waves containing bombers, fighter planes, torpedo planes, and mini submarines. The attack sunk 8 battle ships, 3 cruisers, an anti-aircraft ship, and a mini sub. The attack also claimed over 2,400 civilian and military lives over the course of the 7 hour barrage. The USS Arizona remains the only ship to never be raised or recovered. This action, later to be dubbed a war-crime forced the United States to enter into the second World War. Never forget...
